How a requirement becomes a delivery.

When your organisation sends PEKOTA an RFQ or describes a requirement, we identify suitable supply options, coordinate sourcing with relevant suppliers, provide an itemised quotation, manage the necessary documentation and coordinate fulfilment through to delivery. You keep one point of contact throughout.

RFQs: Send your RFQ with specifications, quantities and required timelines. We confirm receipt and clarify scope before sourcing.
Product sourcing: We identify appropriate suppliers for the specific products or categories required.
Supplier identification: Where a product falls outside our existing supplier relationships, we source and vet a suitable option.
Quotation: A written quotation is prepared, itemised against your original request.
Documentation: Relevant product, compliance and delivery documentation is provided to support your internal approval process.
Delivery coordination: We coordinate delivery logistics with appropriate transport and courier partners, to your specified location and timeline.
Quality & regulatory considerations: Particular attention is paid to compliance requirements for pharmaceutical and healthcare-related products, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and, where relevant, the involvement of appropriately licensed parties.
After-sales communication: We remain reachable after delivery for queries, documentation requests or follow-on orders.
